How are your Artifacts sourced?
Through Jenn’s international travels, she has maintained relationships with many reputable artists, dealers and galleries, to bring unique and rare items to you. Specializing in ethnic arts from N. Africa and N. America, she always tries to buy directly from artisans when possible, following fair principles and ethics.
How are your original jewelry designs, by J. Dewey Designs, made?
Jenn has been a goldsmith for 20+ years, specializing in ancient goldsmithing techniques: lost wax casting, granulation, chasing & repoussé, cuttle bone casting, gem setting and hand fabrication. Working in FAIRMINED and recycled precious metals - gold, silver & platinum... and responsibly sourced gemstones, with heirloom and conflict-free diamonds. Feel free to email us to find out what new pieces may be on our workbench, as the website may not yet be updated with new inventory.
May I use images from your website?
All images are the sole property of J Dewey Designs, LLC. Please contact us to discuss the possible use of our beautiful images, as anything is possible with permissions.
Do you take custom orders?
Currently, we are not accepting custom orders or customization requests, outside of ring sizing when a design allows for it. Feel free to email us to find out what new pieces may be on our workbench, as the website may not yet be updated with new inventory.
Is gift wrapping available?
Each item will be securely wrapped with care, for safe shipment - thus, gift wrapping is not always feasible atop packaging. Smaller items, such as jewelry, will be packaged in an attractive reusable biodegradapouch and/or recycled gift box, when possible.
What is your exchange/return policy?
Unworn items, in original packaging, may be exchanged or returned within two weeks of receipt. Faulty items should be reported upon receipt, via email, for a full refund or repair to be considered. Each item is carefully examined prior to shipping. Vintage and antique artifacts are sold “as is”.
Do you offer repairs?
Only items purchased from J. Dewey Designs / AMULET will be considered for repair services. Cost of repair and shipping will be determined on a case by case basis.
Will you ship Internationally?
We ship worldwide via USPS and Priority Mail. Special courier services may be arranged for high value or larger items, if needed.
Product Availability
All products listed are subject to availability. Many items are unique, OOAK or rare. Items listed as “Private Collection” may or may not be available for purchase. Prices are all listed in USD.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied for sales within Colorado, US.
Do you offer financing or layaway?
Yes, we’re always happy to assist with a payment plan, to ensure you get the pieces you love. A 50% down payment is preferable to hold an item - with final payment due within approx. three months of initiating a layaway (some flexibility possible). Please email us to discuss and arrange for payments.
