Antique Tunisian Rhianna Chain with Handstamped Hamsa

I am thinking this is antique, based upon the style of the Rhianna chain being more planished, than the more recent vintage chains I've handled.  A hand stamped hamsa is attached to the chain.  A selection from the AMULET Collection by J Dewey Designs.
